Customer Service Associate

Magnolia Boutique is a fast-growing online women's clothing boutique. We are looking for an experienced self-starter who enjoys working with our wonderful customers to join our team. Fun, relaxed environment, full benefits, and competitive pay. Full-Time - Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Duties:

This position focuses on all levels of customer interaction via phone, email, social media and any other communication channels. The ideal candidate will be very well-spoken, energetic, detail-oriented, and with a love of fashion. Must be able to work well with other departments and adapt to a constantly growing environment.  

  • Focus on constantly improving the customer experience by working with our customers on requests, questions, or troubleshooting
  • Work closely with our shipping carriers to ensure our customer orders are delivered on time
  • Address any high-level customer concerns and offer solutions
  • Monitor our reviews and contact customers to resolve any issues that may take place
  • Work with our Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure any valuable knowledge is obtained for our customer journey

Requirements:

  • Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Efficient time-management
  • Understanding of clothing, accessories, and shoe styles
  • Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
  • A dedicated team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others
