Do your items run true to size?
The quick answer — YES! All of our items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description. We hand measure each product and provide fit details for every style, so be sure to read the details section before buying.
Do you have a storefront?
No, we are an online only boutique. However, we DO love our local Indy shoppers! We offer local order pick-up at our office in Franklin, IN. Just choose “local pickup” at checkout and we’ll give you a call when your order is ready.
How often are items restocked?
Short answer is that our best sellers are restocked weekly.
However, shipping time frames make it difficult to provide a specific date of restock. We do offer email notifications when your favorite items return. For each item you wish to be notified about, select your size and enter your email address to be notified when the item has been restocked.
We do not restock sale merchandise. Those items are final sale.
What are pre-order items?
Pre-order items are items that are not currently in stock, but will be arriving soon. The expected date is not a guaranteed date, but a very good estimate. These are usually very popular styles that often get "pre-ordered" due to demand.
How do I know what bra is right for me?
Options are a girl’s best friend! If you prefer to show a little skin, we recommend a backless bra. With adhesive on the front and a drawstring tie, these pull your ladies together without straps on your shoulders or back. If backless isn’t for you, we recommend a trendy bralette or bandeau.

What can I get on a budget?
We are so happy you asked! Magnolia Boutique adds TONS of new markdowns to our sale category every week. We also have weekly sales and promotions for an extra discount. Follow us on social media and sign up for our email list to stay in the know about the latest items on sale.
How do I wear booties?
Booties are essential for every season to style with jeans and dresses. Pair with skinny denim by cuffing your jeans so they hit just above the top of the boot. Flowy dresses, or floral printed dresses pair perfectly with brown booties for spring. Throw on leggings and a long sleeve knit dress with booties for a look that’s ready for any season. What items are dry clean only?
Great question! Make the most out of your clothes by taking appropriate care of them. Most of our items can be washed on cold/delicate and laid flat or hung to dry. We’ll let you know in the product description if something is dry clean only. Be sure to review the details for cleaning instructions before purchasing
How do I sign up for Magnolia Rewards?
Existing customers: Click on the Rewards icon on the bottom left of your screen and login into your account.
To ensure that you are set up to receive emails, be sure you're signed into your account, and your email is listed.
New Customers: Simply click on Sign Up in the rewards widget, or do so by clicking "Account" in the top right of our homepage. Make sure that you are subscribed to our newsletter to get first access to new arrivals and upcoming promotions!!
How do I start earning points (we call them petals of course) after joining?
There are so many ways to earn petals! You’ll receive petals for every dollar spent, for engaging with us on social media, and even for just signing up for our newsletter. Oh wait, did we mention you earn petals on your birthday too? Yeppers!
How do I check my earned petals?
Simply log into your account and click on the Magnolia Rewards icon located on the bottom left of your screen.
Do my petals expire?
Petals earned do expire after 6 months. Don't fret....we’ll warn you via email if and when your petals are about to expire!
How can I redeem my petals?
You can redeem your petals by using the various coupon codes emailed to you after reaching the various milestones.
What is Route protection?
We now offer Route package protection to help cover the cost of lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Purchase Route at checkout (starting at only .98 cents) to protect your order and provide peace of mind! You can also visually track your orders for FREE. Just download the Route app by clicking the link below.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method, and you'll be directed to the Afterpay website to register and/or provide payment details.
