Along with weather delays out of our control, many businesses are still understaffed, which could affect shipping and transit times. We'll continue to strive to get our amazing customers their orders as quickly as possible!! You have our word!
What are your shipping options?
We have 4 domestic shipping options to choose from upon checkout. For items needed in a hurry, please select one of our expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner. For boutique customers in the Franklin, Indiana area, we do offer free local pickup. Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you!
Free US Shipping - Our boutique offers free shipping on all US orders! Just please give us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it will arrive in 3-5 business days.
Free Local Pickup - We offer free local pickup at our warehouse location in Franklin, IN. If you place your order before 2pm EST, it will be ready that same day! Once your order is ready, you'll be notified via email. Our pickup hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Our physical address is 2850 Graham Road Franklin, IN 46131. We're back and ready to serve our local peeps!
2 Business Days - $19.95 - Place your order by 2pm EST, and we’ll ship it out the same business day. You will receive your order in just 2 business days (excluding the order date). Expedited orders cannot ship to a PO Box.
Next Day Shipping - $36.95 - Place your order by 2pm, and we can ship it out that same day. It will be at your door the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship out the next business day and arrive the following business day. Our business days are Monday-Friday, and weekends and holidays are not included in these delivery times. We cannot guarantee overnight to Hawaii and Alaska....however, we'll do our best! Expedited orders cannot ship to a PO Box.
*Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Shipping rates?
We LOVE our international boutique customers! For shipping to Canada, we have a flat shipping rate of $18.95 per order. For all other international countries, the cost and delivery time varies by the final shipping destination. For most European countries, as well as Australia and New Zealand, we now have a flat rate of $49 per order.
Please note, the customer pays duty and tax fees at the time of delivery. Our boutique offers free shipping to U.S. addresses only.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the next business day after the order has been placed! We do offer expedited shipping options if you’re shopping in a hurry. However, for free shipping from our boutique, processing may take up to two business days.
What if my package was lost or stolen?
If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 7-10 business days.
Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
Any order over $500 will be insured by Magnolia Boutique, and will require a signature upon delivery. This is simply a safeguard against theft or damage.
Returned packages: If a package is sent back to us due to an incorrect mailing address or an unsuccessful delivery due to no response from a carrier during a signature required delivery, the customer will be asked to pay to re-ship the order(s).
