What are your shipping options?
We have 5 domestic shipping options to choose from upon checkout. For items needed in a hurry, please select one of our expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner. For boutique customers in the Franklin, Indiana area, we do offer free local pickup. Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you!
Free US Shipping - Our boutique offers free shipping on all US orders! Just please give us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it should be to you in 5-7 business days.
Free Local Pickup - We offer free local pickup at our warehouse location in Franklin, Indiana. If you place your order before 2pm EST, it will be ready that same day.Once your order is ready, we’ll give you a call. Our pickup hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, at 2850 Graham Rd, Franklin IN, 46131.
3 Business Days - $9.95 - We ship using UPS and USPS and can typically get your orders out in just 1-2 business days. After that processing period, you’ll have your order within 3 business days.
2 Business Days - $18.95 - Place your order by 2pm EST, and we’ll ship it out the same business day. You will receive your order in just 2 business days. Please keep in mind that weather delays, and delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions, are outside our control.
Next Day Shipping - $36.95 - Place your order by 2pm, and we can ship it out that same day. It will be at your door the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship out the next business day and arrive the following business day. Our business days are Monday-Friday, and weekends and holidays are not included in these delivery times. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Holiday Shipping dates to remember if expecting before Christmas:
December 18th - Last day with standard free shipping
December 19th - Free upgrade to Priority shipping w/ a $50 minimum purchase
December 20th - Last day with 2-day shipping
December 21st-23rd - Last day with next-day shipping
There may be additional delays due to weather and USPS/UPS exceptions that are beyond our control.
Lost Packages- If your package is lost, stolen or mis-delivered we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks.
Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.
What are your International Shipping rates?
We LOVE our international boutique customers! For shipping to Canada, we have a flat shipping rate of $19 per order. For all other international countries, the cost and delivery time varies by the final shipping destination.
Please note, the customer pays duty and tax fees at the time of delivery. Our boutique offers free shipping to U.S. addresses only.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if and when delivery has been confirmed.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the next business day after the order has been placed! We’ll email you the tracking information as soon as your order ships. We do offer expedited shipping options if you’re shopping in a hurry. For free shipping from our boutique, processing may take up to two business days.
